Could you save a colleague?

Would a colleague know what to do to save you?

Every day in Canada, about 100 people experience cardiac arrest outside of a hospital - their heart suddenly stops beating.

Every second matters for survival.

The Canadian-made program can be delivered to a class from eight to 40 participants, and leads them through an emotional, true-to-life cardiac arrest scenario. It can also be delivered virtually.

What is cardiac arrest?

Cardiac arrest is when the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating. It can happen to anyone, any age, any place or time, without warning.

Is it a lot of work?
As a facilitator, you will require time for pre-experience and post experience activities. The amount of time required for those activities will depend on several factors including processes and supports at each location, the physical room layout and the CPR equipment being utilized. We've provided checklists and tools to help you prepare, plan and deliver the program.
