CardiacCrash for Workplace

CardiacCrash provides employees with the valuable opportunity to develop practical skills that will empower them to act when they witness a colleague, loved one or stranger in cardiac arrest. It's a fast-paced program that enables participants to learn basic CPR/AED skills in a short period of time.

You don't need extensive training to be a facilitator of CardiacCrash - our program will guide you on how to do it. Facilitator training can be completed online in under two hours.

Your company can purchase a license to access CardiacCrash for an annual fee, so your own in-house facilitators can deliver unlimited sessions for a year.

Host an engaging employee experience

CardiacCrash is short and fast-paced, which makes it easy to deliver and to reach employees in an engaging and dynamic way.

Its team-based, gamified learning approach heightens engagement and the skill and knowledge retention of participants more effectively than standard instructional learning and creates a far more memorable experience.

Teams compete for points by answering questions correctly and winning their group's hands-only CPR practice session. The facilitator of CardiacCrash monitors the quality of the CPR performed and determines the winner of each session.

  • A meaningful in-person activity

CardiacCrash sessions create an employee experience that adds value to lives of employees by providing them with life-saving skills.

We encourage excitement and friendly competition between teams.

  • A cardiac arrest safe workplace

Enabling your employees to potentially save lives with CPR and AED skills not only builds a safer workplace, but demonstrates a culture of caring to your employees.

  • CardiacCrash can be delivered in person or virtually, but we recommend an in-person event to create an impactful team experience.

  • CardiacCrash events can be held regularly, not only to reinforce CPR skills, but as a way to re-engage employees and create team rematches!
